Akosua Saah, my aunt, is a loving and caring person who enjoys cooking and Caring for others. She puts in extra effort to plate dishes beautifully and ensures that everyone has eaten to their full capacity, which is in line with our local culture’s belief that well-fed people are well taken care of. Affectionately called ‘Kosua’ by those closest to her, her name also represents the Akan word for ‘eggs.’ This design symbolizes her entire existence, inspired by the egg, a staple protein in Ghanaian cuisine.
